Spray and preheating are separated independently, which can effectively prevent fire from being disturbed by flux inside the furnace. Preheating and electric box can be combined safely and cleanly. The diversified combined guide rail of hot air preheating and infrared preheating can be selected at will. The maximum transport capacity of the whole process can reach 80kg. The new heavy grab, anti shake, ball chain structure, low tin slag oxidation, and the new wave peak nozzle design. The tin furnace has the function of automatic entry and exit, selective area spray, and the flux can save more than 70% of the sectional transport guide rail design. The transport capacity of 80kg guide rail, and the maximum product can be increased to 610mm by width.
